  1. Synopsis:
  2.    window log <ON|OFF|TOGGLE>
  3.  
  4. Description:
  5.    This controls whether or not the messages sent to the current window
  6.    are written to an external logfile.  By default, the logfile name is the
  7.    setting of SET LOGFILE (by default, "irc.log"), with the window's name
  8.    appended to it (or, in the absence of a name, the string "Window#").
  9.    Thus, if window 3 was called "foobar", the logfile would be called
  10.    "irc.log.foobar".  If it didn't have a name, the file would be
  11.    "irc.log.Window3".
